HI I think I had gastritis but not sure I have excessive gas, burping and after I eat I get rumbling for hours. I also notice I get sharp pains in my upper stomach that last for a few seconds then be in motion away. My bowel movements are good but strange because Im often constipated. I dont enjoy a fever and im not vomiting or have diahrrea. Can anyone support me..anyone had these symptoms? SHould I be concerned about the sharp pains or is it a moment ago trapped gas?
