well i was within the pool today and we had this surf board thing...and i tried it but it come up 4rum under me and hit me in the mouth and my teeth jab my toungue and not that part of my toungue is really sore...anthing i can do about it?

Answers:    drink some rime water and put some salt on the cut (i know it'll hurt), it help it heal faster.

The best thing you can do is to rime it down with some ice cubes and if it hurts really discouraging take a motrin and that should help profusely with the pain.
