i have a lump in my breast when i was going on for 18 so i went to the doctor. turned out not to be serious i just needed to step on the pill to regulate my hormones. you should definitely go take it checked out. dont feel like it isnt something to be worried almost. it probably wont be serious but you should get it looked at. your hormones may just be out of wack. does it come and run with your period? does it start to hurt in the order of a week and a half to a week before your term and then stop hurting within a few days of your interval starting? if so then it could be a cyst. best thing would be to own your doctor check it out. breast cancer is VERY rare for someone your age, but you should get it checked by a doctor..
you should bring it checked out in case it's cancer althouth breast cancer is once in a blue moon painfull to touch.
but it could also be a cyst or an infection (i had one when i was 14 and they have to cut my boob open and drain the puss...they still don't know what it was) it was the most tender experience of my life because i wasn't put to sleep first
