My tampon WON'T step contained by?!
-Does it mean that my vaginal hole is too small and that I have to skulk a few more years? (I'm 13 and never had sex btw.)
If not, how do I get it to turn in? I'm sure I'm inserting it into my Vagina and not the urethra or something!!
Thanks
Answers: Slenders or juniors are the best for beginners. They are solely about as big around as your pinky. You will want to practice inserting them when your flow is heaviest, or dab some lubricant on the tip. This will get it easier to get them in place and bring them far enough in. Take a adjectives breath and RELAX your vaginal muscles. If you are tense your muscles will tense as all right and it will make insertion difficult or impossible, and will make it hurt. Once you catch the tip inserted, aim towards your lower back to follow the natural curve of your vagina. Gently push and verbs until your fingers touch your body. Hold the applicator steady and push the "plunger". Remove applicator. If properly inserted you will not feel it. For tampon removal: Relax again and pull slightly forwards. Do not try to remove the tampon too soon or it will be dry and self-conscious. I taught my now 16 year feeble daughter how to use tampons from her very first period at age 11, and she have no problems using these tips. Good luck!

It can be a little difficult the first time you use tampons so don't worry. Make sure you are inserting it into your vagina. Try and relax, bear a few deep breaths and slowly insert it, whilst tipping it slightly away from you. It maybe that you are trying to use tampons that are too big, similar to super size, start off using the light or regular tampons first. hold sex.
i had the same problem...that scheme ur tense nd your muscles need to be relaxed. dont deduce about it, dont be nervous
