i got hit in the eye w/ a softball and very soon my eye is swollen shut and bruised i went to the er, my doctor, and my eye doctor they all said its going to purloin about 10 days to go away can i put together it go any faster?

I got hit contained by the face when i use to play softball...MY mother is OR Nurse...and the only article you can really do is to ice it down...don't sleep on that side of your face ..and it take about 10 days or so for it to go away biddable luck
