I have those symptoms when I hold my period, but I have even so to vomit. And I don't get hot flashes. I would go see the doctor, they can administer you birth control, or somthing to help. I don't use it but I hear it reduces menstrual cycles per year and stuff. Or tylenol, I use that when it get to bad to handle, I don't use an IBU-profen because I'm allergic to it, that's what advil is. so I use tylenol but which ever you prefer and don't drug youself up on it. Hope I relieve. Well periods are usually somewhat painful. But hot and cold flashes are unusual you can't be going through menopause( when your time of year stops). See a doctor or take Motrin (Ibuprofen) Birth control may be best for you. It makes your period lighter, cramps lighter, and some keep your skin clearer.
Sorry, I hope it gets better!

Mine used to be approaching that and so did my friends. I didn't throw up but I felt completely sick. Almost like the flu but I couldn't stroll because of the horrible cramps. We both are on birth control now and it helps A LOT. My warning is to ask your doctor if that would be a good choice to help you. Also, try to put away healthy and more protine when just beforehand and durring you period if you are feeling sick and pale. Midol is a HUGE help too but almost every woman knows that. Try Motrin or anything near (i hope i spell this right) ibuprofen. If that doesn't work go see a doctor and tell them to bestow you birth control pills to help you with the aching and cramps...Ortho worked for me... it helped regulate my period and took away the cramps, fatty bleeding, and bloating...
.
my friend has the same problem--she usually misses conservatory on the first day of her period. use a heat pad at night, try midol, or even birth control if it's that unpromising. ask your doctor or OBGYN if there are any birth controls on the market for someone your age to use to create periods lighter and shorter. good luck! Bless you...i know exactly what you meen. And some general public dont get it that extreme so they just dont appreciate. You cant just ignore it and move about about your everyday life when it is approaching this. I am literally crying and screaming in pain sometimes!
It looks close to you have got some pretty worthy answers so far so hopefully some thing will work. Thanks for posting the question it be useful to me to read some of the answers.. :).
it may be b/c you have abundantly of sex

see your doctor or take aching killers drink lots of hot chocolate but made with hose down and don't eat stawberries, bananas,or anything fresh such seafood and lime. while on your period
.
Have you tried cramp drug? I use Midol, and it helps a lot. (I would ask your doctor roughly it.) It works pretty quickly for me. :-)
That's usually what happens during my length, I get cramps really bad in the future, then the rest are okay.
:-) I hope this helps any. :-).
all right, i know that if you normally do exercise you wont have cramps at adjectives
...also there are some exercises like doing the fetal position that relieve diminish cramps...the fetal position is shrinking to the position in which babies are inside the mother
=D.
Go to your doctor and have a "resourcefully woman" exam. It's not pleasant I know, but its over and done with pretty quick. She can diagnose any problems you may own and most likely put you on a birth control pill. Definitely go to your doctor though. Take average amounts of Advil/Tylenol.
Bananas are great for maintain your cramps. And supposedly chocolate can help regulate your emotions and you don't gain immensity like you usually would without your length..
I used to be like that too. It was miserable. I go on birth control, and it got better right away. Now I get similar to one cramp my whole period, and no PMS even. It's totally worth a trip to the gynecologist :D Tats exactly how mine is...Its usual, try to take motrin or midol for it. It Helps!
O and if you do take them try to start just about 3 days before you get your length, so you decrease the chances of extreme distress!!.
take advantage of a sunshine off :)
