Answers:    For me instinctively, the lighter my cycle, the longer it lasts. Also the heavier, the shorter. Still it's not an exact science and it isn't that way 100% of the time. Also, if a cycle is remaining too long (i'd say over 7 or 8 days) you may have another issue, wispy or not. Hope this helps!.
