You are at the door of starting your period. Some girls get it as rash as 10 and some don't start until later teens. but usually it is is around your age.
You could go to the store and buy a box of pad and carry one around with you surrounded by case you start and you are where you can not get hold of a pad real high-speed. Tampon use takes some getting used too. I do not know if you have a mom or sister or someother feminine you can talk to about this.
When you start you may enjoy stomach cramps. Some girls have them bad and some do not enjoy them at all. I never had a cramp contained by my entire menstrual life. Lucky I guess or mind or matter.
If you do obtain cramps, there is medicine you can pilfer, Midol or Pamprin, it helps relieve the cramps or bloatiness you might feel.
As far as what happen, your body is getting ready to become an adult woman to prepare you for nouns.
Since you are young and not going to be a mother, your body will "slough off" uneeded blood each month. The blood is from the facing of the Uterus wall, that is where the babe-in-arms would live if you were pregnant, then the blood would be the babies lifeline till it is born(you would not hold a period for 9 months).
But since you dont need it, your body does not stipulation it either, so it expells it about every 28-31 days. That is why it is call a menstural CYCLE, it cycles around every month. So you must be prepared and have your pads to wear.
When you first capture your period, it could be heavy, or not so bulky, each girl is different. Some have a markedly heavy flow of blood and will need to transfer their pad several times a day. Usually your flow will acquire lighter the end of your period.
Some times you may even miss a slight blood clot, that is okay, it is kinda scary but can be commonplace. If you have an usually heavy flow and elapse clots alot, you should have your doctor check you out.
Some girls get really moody around their interval, like you hate everyone and everything that overhaul your site. That is where the midol or pamprine will help. Not adjectives girls get that though.
I am a firm believer in mind over business. If you think you are strong and it wont effect you, then it wont, you hold to be strong mentally and physically.
Your period should last going on for 5-7 days. Again, some shorter some longer, you will know and get a feel how yours go after a few cycles.
When you are on your period, if you have sex you can draw from pregnant.
When you are on your period you can bathe, rinse your hair, go swimming, do anything you usually do. In certainty, it is the time to keep extra clean. SOME girls hold an odor when they are on their period, so it is important to keep hold of clean and change pad often.

Don't verbs honey! I got mine when I was 14. I remembered when I didn't own it, I remember that I just wanted it so feebly. But now that I'm 18 and I now enjoy it, I really dislike it. The cramps, the bleeding the headachs... It's bad. But a girl is never to get her extent at a certin time. It just comes. If you reach 16 and you still haven't gotten your time of year, then you should see the dr. Got sisters and a mom around? Ask them when they started. Sometimes the age of getting it runs in the family unit...
There really is nothing to be afraid of. If I were you though I would take some (at least 1 or 2 pads) with you at adjectives times-just in case. It's easier for a first timer to be organized with pads later trying to work with a tampon.

Just get some sanitary napkins, hold on to them in your bedside table or in the bathroom.Its ok, its not crazy gushing or anything, but you do stipulation to make sure you have some stuff available merely in case!
Don't be panicky. Just tell your mom and she should tell you everything. If to be precise not a option, tell another elder female and they can tell you what you involve to know. Good Luck!
