Breast can be damaged struck hard plenty?

I wouldn't normally ask such a weird interrogate but we had a special breast health class today and this female came into us and said that if they suffer an injury (cancerous) lumps can form.

I was wondering is what she said true, so is it?

I doubt to be precise true! Cancer is a disease and is not caused by trauma. Sorry she scared you!
