It is very possible to have your term throughout a pregnancy. That is what happened to my uncles fiance. Maybe you should get a pregnancy try-out to be sure. They aren't too expensive. And the wetness in your bra... I don't know what to tell you almost that. You may take it as normal.
You may be almost sure that at hand is no pregnancy without amenorrhoea..
