Is it better to run previously within the morning or during the morning?


I want to start exercising again because I really want to join the track team at my university. I'm around 150 lbs and 5'6". The more weight you lose, the easier to run right?

Answers:    Exercising in the morning revs up your metabolism for the rest of the daylight, so if you want to lose weight, that (plus a sensible diet) is the way to run. My doctor said thirty minutes of brisk walking seven days a week will melt fat rotten. Another good habit: drink partially your body weight in ounces of wet every day. If you can stop drinking sodas and drink water instead you'll lose solidity.

earlier in the morning because it is not that hot so it will perceive better then in the daylight. and you will feel better. or you can run in the sunshine because it is hot and you lose calories by sweating. so pick either one it is fine and if you run in the morning you should probably run at approaching 5 it is the coolest then. hope you do good within track! well its actually better to run contained by the noon b/c it's the middle of the day and it's a perfect way to get spirit for the rest of the day...i wouldn't say morning b/c u in recent times woke up & are refueled for the day...but there's nthin wrong wit running n da morning especially if u want to b4 da sun comes up or sumthan.
oh honey that is exceedingly wrong. when you put on weight and excerise it turns into muscle. muscle allows you to be able to be more flexible and run more neatly. and it is better to run in the morning because your energy horizontal is high and your stress level is low. i would expect early in the morning, while it is still cool- its summer in a minute, and you don't want to be running in 90 degree weather. run during the daytime in winter, but not now,..
Probably morning cuz its not as hot surrounded by the morning. It's better to run anytime of the day. Any exercise is GOOD exercise!
