i told my mom this but she said it must be a trait because she bleeds a lot too.any ideas?

yes, some ancestors just have creamy periods, and it can be hereditary. If it get so heavy that you feel unsubstantiated & dizzy, then you should see your doctor, just to sort sure that your not loosing too much blood.

it's not really something to be worried about. Just try to eat plenty of meat and green leafy vegetables during your spell to keep up the levels of iron contained by your blood so you don't become anemic. If you feel weak during your extent this is also a sign of anemia, which is usually not serious. When you go to the doctor next for a check up basically tell him your periods appear awfully heavy and he will probably test for it. But again, not really a big agreement, just kind of sucks.

my period were just resembling yours.
the doctor said that since were still young,
our bodies own to get their hormones ready.
so you gotta lurk like 3-4 YEARS until they get commonplace.

i dont think you should be worried at adjectives. mine seemed that way but in a minute its gotten a lot better. when you get elder and things get more normal it will probably be smaller number heavy. and i think those things do run within the family.
