no you do not have to narrate your doctor anything you do not feel okay with. although, if you do not perceive comfortable enough telling your doctor everything, how can they treat and diagnosis properly. unless in attendance is a cause for concern, there should be no point for masturbation to be a subject during your visit. remember, you are not going to tell your doctor anything that they haven't hear 500 times before. it would be nearly impossible to shock someone of their stature. you are not the only one who masturbates. also, if the subject does arise, it is probably safer to masturbate than to own unprotected dirty sex to meet your sexual needs, and your doctor requests you safe No. They ask if you are sexually active, but on your own doesn't count. Sexually busy means having or have had penetrative sex.
Plus almost everyone masturbates, it's completely normal and I'd articulate most doctors would assume you do and not care. .
