Problem. Kinda gross-warning!?

Just exercise eat the right foods don't drink heaps fatty foods and jsut go for a run or walk everyday or 3 times a week to match it out do sit ups push up squats and lunges start from about ten of each time and do give or take a few 2 lots of ten a day and then increase by five respectively day

Eat a lot of fruits, almonds, lean meat (chicken) and drink abundantly of tea (green tea is the healthiest). Don't use butter, use olive oil.

Then work out. Get the new cosmopolitan it have a great ab workout (which actually sculpts adjectives your body). Try with 100 crunches a day. Fire Hydrants (also amazing for your butt), step ups, pushups and jumproping (or other cardio.)
Just stay motivated.
And don't be afraid to indulge yourself occasionally. Just drink a bite of chocolate when you get cravings and they'll pass (most cravings with the sole purpose last 15 minutes anyways) instead of holding onto it all daytime and pigging out on a chocolate cake.
