Answers: It could be an infected duct or if you drink a lot of caffeinated drinks it could be from that. The caffein makes little clusters of 'bumps' that are rough but not harmful at all. i have that EXACT pain. it also happen to the side of my breast... i get a little worried.. so i went to the doctor and i got a breast scan for breast cancer as at hand was a bump... but it turns out it was just round cells..

im 19. and my doctor doesnt know why i have that pain... i assume its from my lungs or something close to cuz i smoke... but i have no idea.. my pain individual lasts for a few minutes and when i apply pressure it seems to releave it... maybe yeah try some lotion or wipe... maybe go to the doctor.. and tell me what they read aloud.. ive been to 3 to figure out what it is.. they say simply random pain. im so sorry i couldn't help
