Have a friend to stand in front of you and when the scales are steady get him or her to cup your breasts contained by their hands and raise them up. This will help yourself to their weight off the scales.Calculate
by deduct the two readings then you'll know.
I hold done this for a friend and she was surprised that they weighed 4lbs. Obviously it won't be an exact numeral, but you'll have an idea of their counterweight.
