im 5'3..i stopped eating breakfast for about 2 weeks and gain 6lbs!..i was 106 but felt fit and great!..now im 113 and dont feel honest i know i know!im still small and all that but i have other taken care of my body and i feel similar to my body is telling me i need to procure in shape..ive been consumption breakfast every morning,and running for 20mins for the past 3 days...and drinking alot of water..i NEVER drink soda,coffee,not quite eat sweets,and dont smoke!...but all of a sudden i gain weight with not ingestion breafast..so what can i do to get toned and not let this become uncontrolled?

I stipulation to lose weight on the same areas and hold recently started swimming. I went swimming 4 times second week and lost 4 pounds without watching what i eat. I dream up if you eat healthy meal and swim say 3 times a week you'll tone up in no time. Also do influence 50 sit ups a day. Going to the gym and walking is also really good for toning up..
