After a week of doing this you will find that you start to feel sleepy early and earlier until it's at the desired time..
Try sleeping pills. Exercise before bed to create yourself tired. Drink milk before bed (it has an enzyme surrounded by it that makes you tired). Take 1-2 Benadryl.
Try reading before you jump to sleep
Don't drink caffine
Don't take any naps
Exercise and tire yourself out =] .
don't put away a lot of sugar. don't eat inside 3 hours of your planed bed time. just lay there next to your eyes closed. go to sleep earlier
