Unfortunately, due to inheritance, your height is pretty much set in stone. However elevated your family is, is about how soaring you will be when you finish growing. Even the male side of your family will influence it.

Being elevated isn't to bad. You should like yourself merely the way you are! I am 5'8'' and I don't mind being elevated at all. :)
