Answers:    You wipe your external vaginal orifice [as you would with toilet paper] after changing your wad [or whenever]. I would suggest wiping with toilet tabloid before using the pad. "For external use only" scheme don't insert it inside you, use it on labia only..

Whne ur flo is really heavy it gets pretty messy down here. Wipe OUTSIDE ur body whereever there is dried blood. They also somtimes come with the pad. They are trully amazingf not dumb really. external just means outside (as challenging internal). so when you change your pad, wipe around the vagina (not inside). as if you be wiping with toilet tissue.
