It could be that you only aren't comfortable touching yourself there. It may be that your nipples are very sensitive and could play a role contained by arousal, and you subconsciously do not want to make yourself aroused. If you want to eliminate the response, just tell yourself that they are your breasts and you developed them. They are here for a reason (to feed potential children) and they are not discouraging or dirty. There is no reason you should feel ashamed of them. You will originate to appreciate them.
