I have recently be getting the strongest sexual ur0es whilst on my period. Normal I rub my cl*t and afterwards finger myself but..during my period it can clear a disgusting mess...even the thought doesn't make me too pleased!!

Can anyone suggest a cleaner method please??

I Get the same Problem during my time. Just rub the top of your vagina. It's usually not a good idea to finger yourself during your time.

But a cleaner method would be to do it in the shower.
Or lie on a Towel and do it.

Maybe Hold a tissue below you vagina and be able to wipe when things get rather messy!
