Does it bother you to have intercourse while you are on your period
Answers: Not always. My bf and I have had sex a couple times while I was on my period. It does get quite messy, not so much on what we were laying on...more so on each of us. Buuut, there's always sexy showers. ;).
I'd imagine it would be very messy and uncomfortable. I mean, usually there's teasing/foreplay, sex, then cuddling afterwards. But think about it, you'd be approaching intercourse, then have to completely ruin the mood by pulling out a tampon/getting rid of a filthy pad, then when your partner pulled out, he'd be covered in menstrual fluids, as would your bed and your thighs, then afterwards you wouldn't be able to just lie there are relax with each other, you'd have to ruin the moment AGAIN by stopping to use a tampon/pad before continuing to cuddle on the blood stained sheets.
It can't be much of a treat, that's for sure!.
No, I really enjoy it. For me it feels different having sex on my period than it would otherwise. Usually if we do, we have sex in the shower so everything is fairly clean. Not at all.
In fact, I usually find I am more into it (thank you hormones) and it takes care of my cramps. It can get messy, but laying a towel down or doing it in the shower takes care of that..
