Do i own a bladder infection?
When i pee I get a mildly sharp anguish and rarely it burns.
when i have to pee it have that mildy sharp pain.
Below my belly button the muscles are sore and my lower back to.
When i pee dont pee as much.
Also when i wipe its pinkish...
Im really worried... cuz i dont wanna tell my parents
and yes i do "play with my self"

Ok, first things first: doesn`t matter what this is, "riding it out" is NEVER the advisable option! The female pelvis is so sensitive and have so many complex organs that are very susceptible to infection. It sounds to me resembling you definitely have a bladder or urinary tract infection. First, when you play with yourself, do you swab your hands? If you don't that can cause issues. If you do bathe, you need to see your gyno, it may be scary but issues down in that can be dangerous infections or even issues like cancer. I think you any have a really bad UTI or you could possibly own a kidney infection based on your symptoms. Normally, a bladder infection doesn't cause dull pain at the level you are describing and you normally wouldn't own the pinkish color when wiping (blood in your urine) unless your UTI have been occurring or you've got a kidney infection. I importantly recommend getting to your doctor asap and getting on an antibiotic before it gets any worse. It sounds as though you moght in reality have a UTI or a urinary tract infection which you have to catch checked out. I know it is scary, I have be touched numerious times down there by the doctor but its really no big deal. I know it seem scary at first but it really isn't. They are there to give a hand you. the pinkish article, is it in your urine? if so you need to see a doctor as it could be from the kidneys or other sector of the urinary tract being damaged by the infection

It sounds like kidney stones to me. Drink lots of hose down and try to pee it out. The lower back pain is what make me think thats what it could be.However they sell urinary tract infection medication over the counter. Go to the local pharmacy.
