okay i have a question..
i am 14 not sexually moving or anything! but i was wearing a tampon a couple days ago and biking a lot near my friends. i felt pain during it, when typically i don't feel my tampon at all.

very soon (2-3 days later) i am sooo sore and feel really bad down in attendance. lol. could my hymen have broken/cherry popped? there be no notable bleeding, but then again i have my period so i don't know.

if your hymen breaks it shouldnt hurt so this is definately not the case of a hymen breaking, but it may be that your period be nearly gona so the tampon was dry and tore the insides of you vagina. the soreness should stop and there is nought to worry about, because the tampon is still not contained by there. did the tampon hurt when you took it out? if it did then it be the tearing. it will heal by itself.
