Answers: Relax a physical will not be that discouraging. It is ackward at first but just remember the doctors and nurses do this all afternoon its part of their job. At your full physical the nurse will come into the room and bring you a daily gown to put on and probably a sheet to cover up in. She will leave the room for a moment for you to pocket everything off and then she and the doctor will knock on your door to manufacture sure you are ready. They will then come contained by. You can enjoy your mom stay with you if you are comfortable with it but you can also be alone next to the doctors and nurse so that you can discuss things in private with them. They will start by checking your eyes and ears. Then they will do a brest exam. Feel your stomach and later a vaginal exam. As scary as it sounds its not bad. Just relax and it will be competent in a minuete. The doctor and nurse will then sign out the room and have you get dressed. You'll have to strip down to your underwear and wear a hospital gown. the doctor will just check your heart, eyes, ears, blood pressure, rise, weight, ect. she will ask you questions something like your period, if you're sexually active, ect. it's pretty unforced they just want to make sure you're robust.
Oh, and for the dermatologist, i never had to get with nothing on :) good luck! My friend went to a full on physical and she said it be the most awkward time of her life and that she did have to naked( not fully) but for dermatology they'll tolerate you keep your bra and underwear on.
