Answers: Definately squats. But, make sure you are not overextending your knees. Be careful when you do them and catch some correct advice. You never want to squat and have your knees bend past your ankle. And you do not want to extend your leg completely straight when you rise up.
Walking squats are also good. You are squating down and up and walking forward as you progress.
Remember be careful with your knees!! And it give you a better exercise when doing that! You will get kick *** thighs as economically!
