Answers: Soak in cold water - don't use hot hose because this will seal the stain into the fabric, soak within cold then wash as ordinary.
Hydrogen peroxide is what you need; it is basically a bleaching agent - devise like the peroxide you use in down bleaching. It is the best thing to use on blood stains, ask your mom or someone to get you some, you can seize it from a lot of pharmacies..
Hydrogen peroxide is sold in 12-16 oz bottles at any grocery or drug store. Cost smaller quantity than $2.00. Have you tried putting them in the washer with soap and Biz or Shout? Usually that works. You could try some saline water or saline solution (used for contact lenses) - we used to use saline solution at the laboratory to get blood out of our lab coats. commonplace stain removal should be able to lift it out. Surely you own some in the laundry?
If not, Bi-carb soda, scrubbed onto the nouns with a brush (like an old toothbrush you don't use), humidify the brush, so the bi-carb soda turns into goo and scrub it out. The sooner you take care of it the better. Other clever the stain will be too set to get it out completely.
Good luck. Maybe think give or take a few tampons as well as a pad, markedly for your heavy days, or days where you want to be sure you're protected..
simply put some detergent on the spot and rub it few times
repeat until you don't see the spot anymore and just wash your jeans

Soaking them contained by hot water and putting spray and wash usually help...if you want to try hydrogen peroxide it is something you might find in the first aide aisle..its really good w/ cuts soak it within very hot water, paw wash with detergent ASAP
