Quick brief background .. Had a cesarian with my twins 7 months ago, lost too much blood, have two blood transfusions, then didn't stop bleeding till 4.5 months after birth. I started back on birth control pills and for two months my extent has been regular. I am at the finish of my pack again, and yet I still have not stopped bleeding from my previous pack, substance I have bled for four weeks straight. I have a doctors appt., but they didn't nouns too concerned about getting me in, impose it isn't for another two weeks. Would anyone out there have any design what might be causing this or what this might be from?? I have suspended sex for the end two weeks because I am afraid my pills are not working casue of this bleeding. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

This bleeding could be an indication that the amount of hormone within the medication you are taking is too low for your body to handle (have had this come about to me before).

I would recommend getting back in touch near your doctor's office to let them know that you are especially concerned about this bleeding and can't wait another two weeks for this appt. Let the receptionist know that you really want to talk to your doctor.

If the nurse is the one that returns your call tolerate her know that you absolutely need to communicate to the doctor about your issue with this bleeding.
