You are at a very healthy consignment. Not eating and drinking is horrible on your body. Since you are at such a healthy immensity, I would recommend just eating all right (of course everyone occasionally splurges) and exercising regularly and you should be ok. If you lose anymore weight you might get to the point where on earth you are at an unhealthy weight because you are underweight and that can compromise your vigour as well as body function. Being 5'9" and 157 lbs. is perfect according to the body mass index.You are fighting fit. When you exercise keep in mind that muscle weights 2.5 times MORE than portly. That's why a lot people quit their diet and exercise programs. Their will lose some shipment and then hit a plateau and think they're diet isn't working. WRONG! They forget that their are calculation healthy muscle while losing harmful butter.
