Am I a competitor for an IUD?
I love the convenience of the Ring, but I hold been an emotional screwball for the later year and have ZERO sex drive. I would ideally like to be of of hormones adjectives together, but there arent may options besides condoms (not an option), a diaphram (too much work) and an IUD.
I am 26, contained by a stable long term relationship, and would like to hold children one day once we get married.
Do docs lone give IUDs to patients who have already have children? Do you think that I am a candidate for an IUD?

I've hear of some doctors allowing an IUD before a woman has children; however, my gyno will not bequeath any woman that hasn't had children an IUD. It can do some major interfere with to your female parts and I really wouldn't recommend it. Do a lot of research previously deciding on this option. I use a diaphragm after abundant years on the pill - I love it!Where be you when you have you first length ?
THe good thing almost an IUD is that you can get it taken out anytime. It does cause more cramping. Drs are terrifically much against it if you are not in a monogamous relationship. Your risk of PID is higher. I would contemplate you are a good candidate except for that I enjoy heard it is possilbe that you may have a more difficult time getting pg after its removed. THat is what I enjoy read.It is not likely that one of your docs will put you on an IUD if you haven't already had a little one. It has to due with the risks of PID and the size of the uterus within someone who hasn't been pregnant.
I too also hate taking hormones because it did affect my sex drive. I be also very emotional. I lately went off the pill and immediately use condoms and/or track my cycles. My hubby and I are not all that opposed to getting PG anyway. But you might want to look into a diaphragm or something??
This is pretty conventional for birth control...I was in your same situation and tried everything to restore it. I switched pills a couple times and give up, the libido was just not coming spinal column.
