Answers:    No that's not true, breast implants can end up to 16 years then you would have to enjoy another surgery to get them taken out and replaced if you wanted. But they can rip inside of you in the first year but that's rare and sometimes it rips after 3 years and so on but that would mean you woul hold to get another breast augmentation done if that happens
