Answers: I longing there be a way to prevent leak. Just this week I've ruined 4 of my favorite pairs of panties and my pajama bottoms because of that.
Tampons leak too and when they do it's even grosser later when a pad does.
If the blood is still damp cold water will purify it out but I've decided I'm going to buy underwear in recent times for periods and I've be wearing only unlit bottoms so if blood gets on them you can't see it and I'm never going to wear my favorite of anything while I'm on my spell again. They're right about the longer pad and wings backing but nothing will sustain a hundred percent.
I use tampons! I didn't know people still used pad this day and age. hmm you cant really

switch to tampons? Stop sitting on your leg. and dont use your fav sweat pant on your period.
you should prob grasp the super pads.its gonna consistency like you hold a diaper on at first but you will get used to it. it works a together lot better b/c its longer and thicker and when you sit it covers more area contained by your underwear therefore smaller number leak room. upright luck! If you are really stuck on using a pad try a longer wad with wing. Or your best shot at stopping leaks is using a tampon. I have the same problem until i tried the longer wipe with wing and i found that a tampon works the best. Good Luck. Hope this helps you out.

You not going to prevent leaks, its a certainty of life. Even those who use tampons are going to leak. You can fine-tuning your pad more frequently and that will lend a hand, buy the overnight or largest pads available and that help also. What everyone else said lol. You can also try wearing a double pair of undies even though that can sometimes be a bit mortified. :) Good luck!
if tampons were discomfited people wouldnt use them. if it is humiliated you are doing it way wrong. I would use a gluey pad beside wings and snug fitting underwear. The gummy pad sits closer to you and have tighter underwear helps hold everything within place. I use regular Always thick pad when I'm at home, and I wear them with tight bikini panties. I've have a few close calls, but never have a really big problem. I think that using pad with wing should help you out a great deal.
