Answers: my girlfriend used to have realy stinging period pains it may be due to deficit of iron in ur body she started takin iron tablets lower than doctors orders to be precise and now she have better much relaxed periods and ALSO NEVER TAKE D PILL IT JUST MESSES UP EVERYTIN AND U WUD B BACK TO SQUARE ONE

u could try a birth control pill though for shorter ones my time of year was whack-ohh
i go on birth control
it made my period approaching...3 days and light.
except for it made me depressed so i get took off of it
and in a minute i hate my term and its ireggular again
usually doctors put it on you for a 6-month time period,
and if you receive too used to it, your period will appear like hell when your past its sell-by date of it.
