Answers: ehhh, don't be jumpy, honestly. you're notttt the only one. =) and by the method, having your interval itself doesn't hurt, sometimes cramps hurt, and i'll break it to you, they can hurt bad. but for most empire, the more active you are, the lighter and smaller quantity annoying your period will be! really! i combined a sport and mine stopped all together for a couple months. and when i get my period, i be glad because i didn't have to verbs anymore. and don't worry, if you capture your period, it should't right away leak or anything, don't verbs about it. signs? cramps, bloating, pms-ing. (basically EVERYTHING ticks you off), that sort of stuff. its really not that impossible. don't be nervous. =)
It doesnt hurt! Well exept for the cramps conceivably, but they dont hurt either. You are still infantile and probably wont get it till something like 13 or 14 anyway. Its nothing to verbs about trust me. Perfectly average that happens to every girl. Well, it doesn't really "hurt" but the cramps are self-conscious. There isn't really any way that you can know when you are going to gain it the first time, but usually when you start to develop breasts and get body down you know it's going to be fairly soon.

You probably won't get any well-known signs before your first extent. Sorry, it just sneaks up on you. You can be prepared though -- simply carry tampons/pads next to you in your backpack or purse. After you've started getting your spell, you will start to recognize the different characteristics of your cycle. Then you will be capable of predict when you'll start. As for cramps and pain and stuff, you don't own to worry just about that until after you've started your period -- you might be one of the lucky girls who doesn't own a painful spell at all! Maybe fetch a pad surrounded by your bag while you run to school, but usually it starts within the morning. It will feel strange wearing a pad, and i couldnt even move, i feel like it would spill everywhere, i sit there adjectives day surrounded by a chair. But you can move, it wont spill out, and you'll be fine :)

There really is no telling as to when you achieve it. I got it when I be 12 when I was contained by 7th grade. I even remeber the excact date and the complete story. I didn't even discover I had it until the later class of the day. Im a freshmen within high arts school now. So after around a couple of years your period get into a routeen. I get mine every 28 days. I also win it for 7 days straight and its pretty heavy. My friend just gets it for 3 days. I find really bad cramps too. I carry some pipmles all contained by the same nouns every time. And I no when im going to get my length. When i get my pimples i no that contained by a week i will have my extent. So ask your mom bc my mom has like peas in a pod thing begin to her as it does to me be4 i get my length. So ask your mom what her signs are be4 she gets her extent and ask her how long she gets it for. Bc usally its herditary as to how frequent days u get it for and how strapping and the signs of how you know your going to get it soon. Hope this hleps.
