nope paracetamol can be taken safely and effectivly if you follow the correct dosage which is 1or 2 every 3-4 hours beside a maximum of 8 in a 24 hour spell. however prolonged use of paracetamol can cause liver mess up and is not recomended for alcoholics. paracetamol can give powerful relif of period distress however i reccomend using anelgesics containing ibuprofen. I also suffer severe period twinge and i swear by Ponstan. but anything containing ibuprofen will do the trick. good luck!
No it will not spoil you in anyway, I single take paracetamol for spell pain, I be told to take it, but if you wanna try a righteous pain nouns try neurofen plus Great stuff!!
