Before I went anorexic, my boobs be still growin. So when i start recovernig, will my boobs come back to the size it be before? (im 14 and still growing within height and breasts...so?)

Since you're singular 14, girls usually mature and grow until the age of 17.
Because you be anorexic before, that might affect the likelihood of your breasts growing.
But there's a chance that you're still growing. Don't verbs too much. Eat healthy and excercise regularly and I'm sure you can still bring bigger.

Yes they will grow back and probably won’t be artificial. I was really skinny at that age and im almost 19 and my chest is still growing. If you gain any open-handed of weight some of it will be in motion to your chest and you still have years to grow.
