Are at hand faultless foods that contradict the benefits of fiber rich foods? See below...?
Thanks
Answers: Here's why: Fiber is what your digestive system throws away. The way it "promotes regularity" is by padding your colon full of undigested fiber making you "full" and urging a bowel movement. For some people (including me) taking fiber have a negative effect due to the body not allowing ample water to stay surrounded by your digestive system, thus turning all that fiber into a brick.
If this happen to you, first you need to increase your wet intake if you haven't already. Second, I'd recommend a warm hose enema on a regular basis. Once a week is a appropriate start. Take it slow and try to hold it in for a few minutes. It works for me every time.
The rationale fiber is promoted so much over enemas is there is a LOT more money contained by it. Make sense ?
I'm going through the same experience and am awfully confused. I don't really understand (but know at hand is) the difference between insoluble and soluble fiber.
I do know that you have to increase your dampen intake a lot.
Can't lurk to see the answers!
if you are in a large fiber diet... eat 2 to 4 servings of fruits and vegetables.
put in in fiber at a snail`s pace dont do high fiber at once..prepare your intestine..
as much as possible put away the veg raw coz if you cook it, it reduce the fiber content
avoid also peeling of fruits most of the fiber are on their skin.
drink more and more fluids..
choose giant fiber food like raisins and bran flakes
