Answers: I work out every day, and I do modified jump jacks for 2 minutes (if you dont know what that is do a run of the mill jumping jack), after crunches on an exercise ball (26), after pushups (they are a little different, you put something similar to 2 books under one foot and do 8 pushups, and then switch files to the other hand and do 8 pushups), afterwards find like a bench or something and put one leg on it and one leg on the ground and push yourself up so both legs are on the chair, but product sure the leg on the ground never has any substance on it. (Do 16 on one foot and 16 on another). The last entity is to stand straight with your hand in a waltz position (basically like how 2 year olds do it!) and see on leg up as high as you can while keeping your posterior straight. Do f40 kicks switching your legs every time! If your foot get better run up and down stairs too! This workout takes around 15 minutes and it really tones your body!
cardio vascular (ie jogging, running) please consult your doctor in the past you do any of that

walk briskly, put your foot the dog, swim, or just dance.
just partly an hour of jogging or any cardio everyday is really perfect. the best cardio in my view are; boxing, biking, swimming. running is great
i bought a Total Gym, i've been using it for a month, and own lost 10 pds. already! my strength has more than doubled!! swimming is cardio, and it won't put any sress on your foot. cardio really help get your heart rate up and lost bulk.
start off beside long slow walks near your ipod
its a great way to relax and moral for you
you have to speed up on the walk as you get used to it tho
also carry a dance exersice viedo brilliant fun

Ummm. why are you asking a request for information about what your parents want? Do you want to lose a few lbs? If you do you should focus on cardio exercises approaching biking or swimming. Other than that, you loose weight when you burn more calories than you guzzle, so eat a lesser amount of calories. Maintaining the fitness level that you want is not a one time event of loosing a few pounds. So if your a short time ago doing it because its what your parents want the weight will come pay for. good luck! fitnessmagazine.com really help me out :D
