Answers: There's a possibility of it cause these symptoms...yes.
Along with masturbation, women will normally excrete an increase of vaginal fluids -- this is common, and what typically provides as the innate "lubricant" during sex. Frequent release of these fluids can also interfere with the inborn flora (bacteria and fungi) that can precipitate infections. Dilation of the urethra (the tube between the bladder and the outside) can also occur, and allow for microbes to more easily go by into the bladder.
Just as in sex, I would propose that you negated (urinate) after you masturbate. This will help clear the urethra of microbes. Also, be sure to avoid any and all lubricants or lotions while doing this.
Most UTIs and Yeast Infections DO NOT resolve on their own or in need some sort of intervention. I would be hesitant to assume this is the satchel, if they are getting better on their own. It may of late be a matter of irritation by your masturbation, to some extent than infection.

Wash youself after the masturbation and make sure the 'golden bullet' is sterile after respectively usage. Place it in boiling river then give up for a minute or so, then it should be sterile. It can be...if you are not cleaning your toys after respectively use. Read the cleaning directions that came near your bullet.
Kudo's to you for recognizing that while you own sexual desires, and choosing to satisfy them yourself fairly than having jumbled sex partners. The best sex is self sex if you are untrained to share that special part of you next to someone who is not worthy. Keep it up!
