drinking coffee wont work my unbroken family drinks coffee espically my uncle. he is a height above sea level of 7'1". so your height in recent times comes from your genitics
Really, there is nought you can do, height is inheritance. There are a lot of towering guys that are attracted to tall women, so don't verbs. If you want you can drink lots of coffee, and don't do anything active, that might affect it. 13 and still growing

try chemotherapy Drink lots of coffee. My cousin drank coffee resembling every day when he be about 13 or 14 and he stopped growing, immediately he is shorter than me. 5'7 is a good largeness to be though especially if you want to model.

capably since your 13 you cant really do this but if you drink or smoke it makes stop growing! i don' judge you can you are probably just have a growth spurt. i was 5'8 when i be 13 and now im 16 and own only grown 2 inches. don't verbs about it.
soon ample the guys will all be taller consequently you and you wont need to verbs about human being one of the short girls (like me) who have to stand on her toes to hook up near boys. also you would probly have nice long legs and look close to a model. its good to be high!! 5'7 - 5'8 isn't super tall, considering one of my close friends (who is a girl) is 5'10.
