if youve had an IUD ( contraceptive coil) did you discern any pains the day after you have it inserted i know this is a personal question sorry roughly that it's just i have mine put in yesterday and ive be getting a few cramping pains aroung my womb area and ii's horrible because i know in that is a 'T' sort of thing surrounded by me?

Answers:    Yes, this is normal. I have cramping for a couple of days after getting my IUD inserted. I took Advil, and waited it out. I have a Mirena.

Good luck near your IUD. If you can't stand it after a few months, having it removed should be a simple process.
