Answers: I munch through like a pound of chocolate or spicy snacks. I haven't exercised in 2 days, my fund hurts, and I ate salsa and Tostito chips for lunch!! Yes, I can relate! Drink some water, give somebody a lift an Advil, eat something muted, and go to bed untimely. You'll feel better tomorrow. That's probably what I'm gonna do! You won't ruin your food/ exercise regimen next to a couple days of overeating. Just get fund on it when you feel better.
YES I can relate. You've get cramps. If you do cardio, sometimes that helps, but anything else will probably put together it worse. Just don't worry just about it. 2 eggs are not going to make you gain 10 pounds. Trust me, the associates at the dance will not know the difference :D YES apparently ingestion bannanas is really gd but i hate them, try an anti inflamitary for the strain, a gd nights rest and u will be fine

Of course! And don't worry, a girl can get through more fats and calories when she is on her extent because she burns more at that time. It's the period that will engineer you feel grease, not the two Reese's eggs! Try some Pamprin. It's kinda pricey, but works great to relieve bloat and excess water. i get through unheathy food all the time and dont even gain solidity. and no im not skinny, im average. get over it. ingestion two pieces of chocolate isnt going to do crap. stop stressing over the little things in go
BTW, I dont even exercise. Unless its volleyball season, which is in approaching August to November
i can def relate. when i'm on my period i crave fried foods and chocolate, and as you would expect nothing else will make happy me.
i normally thieve a really nice hot shower though and wash my facade (my face other feels disgusting when i'm on my period) in the past i go out and enjoy to pretend that i'm not completely uncomfortable.
but hey, at tiniest you have an excuse for drinking that way =]
Hot wet bottle on your tum for the cramps (not burning hot though) and some paracetamol or ibuprofen and early to bed. You'll be fine for the bop. Amazingly drinking loads of water seem to get rid of the bloating - I've however to find out why, but it does. And the dancing will give a hand because exercise is brill for the pelvic organs. Women who are athletic and do jogging or regular running never come across to get cramps or bloats! Yes I can. I surface bloted and really sick with my self. With my cramps, I don't really want to move tolerate alone work out.
