Answers: lot's & lots & lots of gym time! preserve your heart rate near exploding for around 3 hours and I don`t know you'll cap out at 3,000 a morning... better to think going on for changing your diet aswell as exercise... apt luck
i dont think thats full-bodied. I jog 4miles a year and burn around 330 cals. what your asking is overboard. plus your body burns just doing everyday things. Burning 3500 would be buring passageway over what your even supposed to be intakeing a day next to food.. and youd have to hydrate approaching crazy. youd be in the gym for HOURS. Not sure why you want this but at most minuscule ask a professional if your intent on it. good luck Spend hours surrounded by the gym, or doing some other form of physical activity. I regard as to burn 3500 calories a day is a bit much.
it seem you are over weight and obligation to burn this much to lose weight swiftly ?? How ever long it took to put on it will take at most minuscule half that time to appropriate off !! dont try to rush things so sudden you will make your self below par .
