Weight loss help[{(10 points)]} im 5'6 and 140 lbs!! bikkini season is coming!?

help ok it may nouns like im not that large. Though if you saw me it would be a diffrent story. i am 5'6 140lbs and im 17. Please help! i swim alot i needed to know how much swimming helps the body. Also is their any exersises to spawn your breasts smaller i am a 36b and i look huge please help!

Not sure where on earth you live but slimming world is the best way to move about I lost 6 stone in a year. I be only your age when I did that. I feel great by the summer now is the time to start. Swimming tend to make you look more muscly as I found out used to swim day after day and toned up but found it difficult to lose weight be better when I did some aerobics.Worked like a charm obedient luck your weight is fine for your largeness. I am 14 5'3 and 130 lbs, and wear a 34C. I'm not fat but im not skinny. you own nothing to verbs about. If your consered consequently maybe you could start jog in your neighborhood or your track at institution. This will cutt down on fat. Also get through healthy meal that are low on calories.
You're right...5'6" & 140lbs is NOT fat. You may want to tone up if you "think" you're grease. Do light freight lifting with heaps reps. Do squats, crunches, rowing machine...And more or less your boobs...a B cup is NOT big. You must be small everywhere else to make a B cup look big. Ok there is no course you are fat, I'm truly about the exact same measurments as you. I know what you connote about bikini season though, I'm other self counsious about my stomach. Swimming is excellent for the body though. Walking help alot too I find. But making your breasts smaller? At a 36b??! Theres noway they can look that big. Maybe you're wearing the wrong size if that. And I don't think at hand are many excersises designed for that anyway. But eventually if you start losing immensity, you'll notice a slackening in your breasts aswell.
