Answers:    right powerfully u need to relax, if it wont go up it prob. resources that the muscles in your lower body are tense, basically calm down and find a comfatable position. I put one leg on the toilet then a moment ago slowly push the tampon in, the more u worry the more u will rigid up so just breath slowly and push the tampon into you.
If you feel relaxed and it still wont progress up, try a smaller size tampon. .
April, there are a few tricks that may make it easier.

One is your position when you insert it. Some culture do better squatting, or with one leg up, etc., rather than newly sitting on the toilet. Experiment.

Two, unless your flow is quite heavy, you may entail a lubricant on the tip. (Not all over, or it won't be able to engage anything.) Petroleum jelly is okay, although a water-based lube is preferable.

Three, aim as if it was going to come out your lower back, above your butt and below your waist. That's the angle of the vagina.

Four, if your hymen is intact and relatively tacky, you may not be able to use normal-sized tampons. Try a slim or junior size..
Don't worry, it took me almost 4 months to cram how to put a tampon in. So that would be 4 periods, every sunshine for 6 days, so 30 tries.

What I did was I would push the tampon for practice. It took me tons of positions to actually seize it in right. The key is paitence and to be relaxed. Pictures on the internet as very well as the how to manuel really help. Just concentrate and I promise you it will work.

Take a breather though, try a couple times and if you don't make it wear a wad for a little then try again. Don't win frustrated because then you nervous/upset. After you finally get it, pad will be a thing of the past.

I enjoy had my period since I be 10 (yes, 10!) and am now 30. Tampons have gotten so much better! After roughly a year with tampons, I got familiar very easily. I am indebted to who ever created such a great thing. It was certainly a man, weird huh? Well, best of luck!.
your simply doing it wrong, there is a track to put it in without it hurting! i know alot of girls enjoy this problem, i did too, and now i'm fine with them. but adjectives you can really do is try again. lol

- firstly you push towards your lower back, not straight up!
-you need to relax
-if you don't know the right bearing to push it, try just exploring yourself with your fingers lol, and conceivably you will find the way it goes.
-use the smallest absorbancy you can find
-and cause sure your using an applicator! some say plastic is good for starters, but i used ccardboard when i started and im fine..

pious luck. :).
it just takes lots of practice. save in mind that many women hold tilted uterus, so it might just be that your off-kilter. like i know that mine is tilted to the departed, so when i use a tampon i have to have it angles support and to the left to go within comfortably.

hun dont worry if you dont get it. i be about 22 when i was finally competent to use them regularly... before then after 10 minutes i would be bent over within pain, even if it was surrounded by right... dont know why, tried for YEARS..
Relax, relax, and relax!
Deep breaths and all that jazz.

Try having a hip bath and do it when you come out.
It is very normal to be within a situation like you so don't get upset if it doesn't work first time.
Don't forget to trademark sure the tampon is at an angle as it enters.
So take a handful into the bathroom, breath, put some music on and try and try again.

You can do it!
xx.
Are you pushing it straight up.If so this is wrong. You obligation to push it toward your back or tail bone..And for your first time you should wait until its brawny and it may go in...Or it could be its to big and you want to get smaller ones...If none of those are the case you could bring back a friend to help you. Well first of all if you’re using a tampon next to an indicator I would love to know what this indicator does. Second, if you cant use one with an applicator then why not try the small OB ones w/o an applicator? They work only as well..
Hey I'm 15 too. I don't have that problem... but conceivably you have a light flow. I would suggest using a lighter absorbency. Also, it works best if your muscles are relaxed when inserting the tampon. I have the same problem.
and thinking about it made me sick kinda lol
i required to puke
but after awhile i was able to do it.
i really dont wear them though unless i absolutly call for too..
Many people have equal problem, have you tried as you are sitting on the toilet lean your back backwards tilting your pelvis up and later try sliding it in.

Hope it helps .
ask you mom for abet, or if that makes you uneasy, ask her to take you to your ob/gyn and speak to him/her about your worrys uhmm read the little instructions thing..perchance your putting it up to far really read the thingy it helps a ton thats how i learned lol.
try a smaller absorbancy. Your aiming wrong, merely keep trying it will happen..
40 and still warfare pimples... try slanting it ...
