Go to a store and find as heaps different styles as you can and just try them adjectives one. I find that for me the full coverage ones are a lot more comfy. Try some different sizes too. Take your best friends (girls logically!) with you and only just make it a fun shopping light of day =) you should probably google a site where it can make clear to you how to measure your bust size correctly. usually, the number back a cup denotes the measurement of your chest (right beneath the breasts). the letter is merely basically stating a size close to jeans or shirts do (S, M, L..small being A, surrounding substance being B or C.. etc). only just try different sizes because in one brand you might be a size 34B and within another a 36B (like me!) good luck!

Second, if that doesn't help, I would buy a sportsbra. They can be terribly comfortable without outstandingly rigid cup sizes. I would also avoid getting cups with underwire.
Also, if you reflect you are between sizes then playtex sell half cups

dont find bras at walmart they are uncmofortable go to jcpennys that wher ei get mine im 12
try sports bras because they have righteous fitting compared to regular ones with 'daunting straps and clips' Maybe you could run and get one professionally fitted that best suits your body shape. I know it's thorny. You'll get at hand in the call a halt. Best of luck
first problem is your buying them at walmartt.. This may be abit weird but i suggest when you jump to purchase a bra wear a smaller shirt (singlet top etc) go into the fitting room and put the bra on (with your top still on because most places dont allow you to try underwear on) but also clutch your bra that you wore to the shop off (so its abit more realistic)... that may comfort + if you find the strap around your back is too tight/too loose consider looking at a lower/higher size. best of luck.
The knock on Walmart might in fact be true: I find that cheaper bras are often made beside a lining that really make my skin itch. If you think this might be chunk of your problem, at least try to find a cotton-lined bra (Target have some good ones, if Walmart doesn't).
A bit I find useful: "If you are surrounded by between sizes or you are having difficulty finding a well-mannered fit, when you go up a cup size, you should run down a band size. If you walk down a cup size, you should go up a group size (ex: if you have a 36C and it is not fitting fairly properly, you would probably want to try a 38B or a 34D next.)".
