Never ever look at the scale. EVER again. Your cargo it totally irrelevant. It means without doubt nothing. It is the mirror you must look at, and not to compare yourself to others, but to look at yourself and see how you get the impression about what you see.
Exercize is the good and satisfying channel to change your body into what you want to see contained by the mirror. You don't want to see fat, but you don't want to see bones. Find your own body shape you close to, as in proportions. Just work the body parts that want worked, and enjoy the results of your firm work!!
Well if you just question your own thoughts then.you've in recent times answered your own question. I reflect on YES~~eating disorder. Get help while you are young-looking.
Well, exercising & counting calories isnt anorexia BUT you did have an issue. I'm 103 and I'm within 7th grade but most ethnic group are like 120 and I'm considered skinny. I construe that I'm fat.. I'm also constantly looking at nutrition facts on food. I try not to get through any snack over 100 calories. Meals cant be over 300 for me, either.
I guess we're similar, huh?
